Damage to buildings: This subject area covers the entire field of building damage. It contains the analysis of damages, the evaluation of deficiencies, allocation of responsibilities as well as the determination of causes of damage.
Wood and building protection against moisture: The subject area is characterized by damage to wooden components, mold infestation and building physics issues. Old and new buildings are subject of wood- and building protection issues.
Examination of the building fabric: The examination of the building fabric is an important cornerstone in the renovation and modernization of buildings. One focus is the moisture and salt analysis of the masonry.
Preservation of evidence: The task of the preservation of evidence is the determination of the actual condition on structures and open spaces that may be affected by the effects of a construction project. Above all, the preservation of evidence has the objective of creating legal certainty for the parties involved in the construction and third parties as well as avoiding disputes and damage to the image.
Quality Control during construction: Quality control is an instrument for ensuring faultless performance. Here we see our focus in the accompaniment of special procedures. The inspection before the end of the warranty period and the purchase advice are part of quality controlling.
